Terms for using Erudite Travel reports, tools, and checkout.
These Terms govern the Erudite Travel website, tools, paid reports, customer acknowledgements, and related communications.
Last updated: May 28, 2026 ยท Version 2026-05-28-v1
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Erudite Travel website, free tools, paid reports, customer acknowledgements, purchase flow, and related communications. In these Terms, "Erudite Travel," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Erudite Travel service and Erudite Ltd.
By using the site, submitting information, using a free tool, purchasing a report, or clicking to accept the Customer Acknowledgements and Terms of Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the service provides
Erudite Travel provides informational destination research, structured planning context, and decision support for short-term travel, long-term stays, executive travel, and related planning questions.
Reports may consider destination conditions, travel dates, traveler profile, lodging or anchor sites, arrival patterns, local movement, neighborhood context, current source signals, medical-path planning, family or household needs, executive exposure, staff assumptions, and other details you provide.
3. Your responsibility for travel decisions
You are responsible for deciding whether, when, where, and how to travel. You are also responsible for your bookings, payments, confirmations, provider communications, route choices, insurance decisions, passport and visa requirements, entry and transit rules, medical decisions, medication legality and availability, emergency planning, and verification of time-sensitive information before acting.
The Customer Acknowledgements presented during checkout are part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between a report and the Customer Acknowledgements, the Customer Acknowledgements control.
4. Information you provide
Reports depend on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you submit. Missing, incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may make a report less useful or unsuitable for your situation.
You agree that you have the right to provide the information you submit, including any information about other travelers, family members, employees, principals, support staff, or travel participants. You agree to avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the report or request.
5. Orders, payment, delivery, and refunds
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers, and their own terms and policies may apply. An order is accepted when payment is authorized or captured and the checkout flow confirms the report purchase.
Reports are normally delivered by email within the delivery estimate shown on the site after payment and completion of the required intake. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by missing inputs, source availability, unusual complexity, technical issues, or follow-up questions.
Because reports are customized information products prepared from the details you provide, purchases are generally final once report preparation has begun. If you believe there was a duplicate order, payment error, failed delivery, or material service issue, contact us at ops@eruditetravel.com and we will review the order in good faith.
6. Use of reports and site content
Reports, tools, templates, site content, designs, source summaries, and related materials are owned by Erudite Travel, Erudite Ltd., or their licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use a purchased report for your own personal, household, business, family, school, employer, principal, or internal planning use.
You may share a purchased report with people who reasonably need it for the relevant trip, stay, or movement, such as travelers, family members, assistants, travel desks, employers, schools, insurers, drivers, medical providers, or support staff. You may not resell, publish, scrape, train models on, repackage, or commercially redistribute the service or report content without written permission.
7. Third-party providers and sources
Travel providers, schools, employers, insurers, medical providers, government agencies, websites, payment providers, mapping providers, data providers, and other third parties are independent from Erudite Travel. Their prices, availability, rules, restrictions, safety practices, refund rules, and performance are their own responsibility.
Reports may summarize or cite third-party sources. Source material can change, become unavailable, contain errors, or require interpretation. You should verify time-sensitive information directly with official sources and relevant providers before relying on it.
8. AI-assisted and research-assisted workflow
Erudite Travel may use software, automation, AI-assisted tools, source-monitoring tools, analyst review, and quality-control workflows to prepare or improve reports. These tools support the preparation process; they do not replace your responsibility to review the report and verify time-sensitive information.
9. Changes, corrections, and service availability
We may update the site, reports, tools, prices, product descriptions, workflows, delivery estimates, vendors, and these Terms from time to time. The version and last-updated date on this page identify the current Terms.
We may correct errors, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive, and decline requests that are outside the service scope or cannot reasonably be prepared from available information.
10. Disclaimers
The service and reports are provided as informational decision support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erudite Travel does not promise that any report, tool, source summary, or site content will be complete, error-free, current after delivery, suitable for every circumstance, or capable of preventing loss, injury, delay, denied entry, cancellation, or other harm.
The service does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, insurance advice, tax advice, financial advice, emergency response, live monitoring, crisis dispatch, travel booking, travel agency services, supplier management, or protective operations planning.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erudite Travel and Erudite Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from travel choices, provider choices, changed conditions, unavailable services, delayed or inaccurate third-party information, failure to verify information, or conditions outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless Erudite Travel, Erudite Ltd., and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your submitted information, your travel arrangements, your provider relationships, or your travel decisions.
13. Governing law and disputes
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Erudite Ltd. at its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at ops@eruditetravel.com with a description of the issue and the order email address, if applicable, so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and respond.
