FAQ

Travel Assessments FAQ

Clear answers to common questions so you know exactly what you are buying.

1. How are your travel assessments produced?

Assessments combine open-source information and proprietary workflows developed through ongoing intelligence production.

Each report section is generated through distinct data pipelines and analytic methods, then assembled into one briefing.

2. Are assessments pre-written, or created specifically for my request?

Every assessment is generated when you place your order. For site-focused analysis, we tailor it to the exact address or site you provide.

Even with standardized output formats, the underlying data is refreshed at creation time so reports reflect current conditions.

3. How current is the information?

Reports are designed around multiple time horizons:

  • What is happening now: active and recent developments.
  • Recent conditions: the freshest available public-source data at time of production.
  • Trends: longer-horizon context to separate persistent patterns from anomalies.

4. Do you use AI?

Yes. AI may be used to accelerate translation, clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, summarization, and drafting.

Every report is reviewed, edited, and validated by a human analyst before delivery.

5. What sources do you use?

We use public sources including reputable news media, national and local government agencies, think tanks, and academic reporting.

6. What do you need from me to produce a report?

At minimum: your name, a valid email address, and the assessment type.

For site-focused analysis, we need a primary address or exact site name. Executive Travel usually includes one primary plus additional locations.

7. Can I provide additional context so the report is more tailored?

Yes. After purchase, you can complete a short questionnaire for travel plans, concerns, constraints, and focus areas.

Each question is optional, but more context typically produces a more useful report.

8. What format will I receive?

Reports are delivered by email as PDF by default. DOCX can be requested for reuse in your own brief.

9. Can we reuse your analysis internally or with our own clients?

Yes. Assessment content may be reused in internal documentation or client-facing materials. Attribution is optional.

10. How fast is delivery?

Most reports are delivered within 24 hours. If you have a hard deadline, include it so feasibility can be confirmed.

11. What if I need a location that is not listed?

Coverage is continuously expanding. Share destination and timeline and we will advise if we can produce it.

12. How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?

We collect only the information needed to produce and deliver your report, typically name, email, product selection, and provided locations.

We do not sell client data. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider, and we do not store payment card details.

13. Do you offer invoicing or bank transfer for corporate procurement?

Yes. Invoice and bank transfer options are available for qualifying corporate purchases.

14. What is your refund policy?

Reports are delivered as-is based on information available at production time.

If you need clarification or follow-on questions, options may be available depending on service tier.

15. Is this a replacement for official government advisories or on-the-ground security?

No. Government advisories and real-time local instructions always take priority.

Assessments are designed to help you interpret risk in context and reduce avoidable surprises, not eliminate risk.
